Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
